This project involved a loft conversion in Leeds, creating additional living space including a bedroom, en-suite, and associated landing and staircase. BRO Electrical carried out the electrical installation for the new space, working alongside loft-conversion specialist Move On Up Lofts throughout the build.
02 — BRO's Electrical Scope
What BRO Was Responsible For.
BRO Electrical's scope covered the full electrical installation for the new loft space, including new lighting, power and hardwired smoke detection appropriate to the converted space. Copper-finish accessories were fitted throughout to match the finish specified for the project, alongside dedicated lighting for the en-suite and family bathroom.
03 — Working With the Wider Project
Coordinating With a Specialist Loft Contractor.
Loft conversions bring several trades together within a confined, changing space, and clear coordination matters. BRO Electrical worked alongside Move On Up Lofts throughout the project, timing the electrical first and second fix around the wider building programme so the work progressed smoothly alongside the structural and finishing trades.
